The New York City Department of Education has very specific qualifications to work for the largest school system in the country. In order to qualify, RNs are required to have at least two years experience as well as a valid RN license and updated CPR certification to be considered. OTs, PTs and SLPs must currently be licensed. HHAs must be certified.
