RCM recruiters work overseas to recruit the most highly trained professionals to fill your specific needs. Our training and testing facilities overseas ensure a successful adjustment for both the client and the candidate and ensure a seamless flow of excellent candidates into our program. RCM's staff also manages all legal aspects of the process, including immigration.
We arrange for the taking and passing of all Licensure examinations (NCLEX, NPTE, or NBCOT) overseas prior to arrival in the United States . This ensures that your candidate has their state license prior to their arrival at your facility.
Recruitment Process:
Under our Long-term Temp-to-Perm arrangement, RCM's international health care professionals remain employees of RCM Health Care Services for two years, after which they become your permanent employees with no conversion fee!
RCM handles payroll and provides benefits, as well as paying for housing, testing, and credentialing. There are no upfront costs to the client other than a small deposit which will be refunded after the first year of the contract.
RCM can also provide International Recruitment services for Permanent-based employment, placing full-time professionals with clients on the facility payroll and with facility-provided benefits.
